My Bio
I started to draw as most people do as a kid and it just stuck. I do it to relax and as a mental health coping skill. Often drawing out my frustrations in a book helps similar to a journal. Except that it is full of pictures instead of words. I am trained to be a peer support specialist but I didn't pursue the chance to become one. I still offer what I can though.
As you may have noticed I do have a mental health illness. Depression and social anxiety disorder. Getting together and working on our art journal is a great way for me and many others battle our way through everyday life. Even if you don't have a group to journal with it still helps a lot. Think about what I have shared and please remember you never know what the person on the other side of the screen is going through. Please support Art in Mental Health.

I am still here and still drawing.. I think I may have gotten a little better but not at all good enough in my thoughts. LOL Anyways thanks everyone for not giving up on me.. I know it's been awhle. but here I am..
Hopefully I will have more time to draw soon life as just really been a struggle what with moving etc. well that is about all for not thanks for all your support.

Hello everyone
I know most of you probally thought I was dead, but I am not. I am alive and kicking my self for not practicing more. ^_^ Anyway I have really been hitting the sketch pad these last couple of days.
